Shut out 2 games in a row, 4 straight times in Montreal? Worst offense in the league?! WTF, how come when that gm was all but lost nobody did anything? Not the biggest fan of goonerry but Newberry, hell Cally being the Captain has to wake the team up, by any neans neccessary! These guys have quit. |

Rangers are primed for a blockbuster. Would Edler and or Kesler be of interest? Because I think the canucks are in need of a blockbuster as well |

While I don't think this is all his fault, the time has come, Torts MUST go! - B2B76
It's not completely his fault but the bottom line is there is some truth to the notorious Sean Avery tweet last night. Does this team really look like they compete and play hard anymore?
It's up to these guys, to remain professional and play hard regardless, and when they stop competing and playing hard the first thing to examine is the coach. What also has to be identified here is the leadership group. Who in this locker room will step up and call for a players only meeting? It seems as if there are a lot of Indians and not enough chiefs on this team. Loss after loss we keep hearing the same nonsense from everyone. How about someone be fed up enough to call for a meeting amongst themselves and find out which players really give a damn. |

I would love them both on the Rangers, but it isn't realistic |

Why would Vancouver trade their best defenseman? Don't hold your breath on the Rangers making a splash at the deadline. Expect a ripple or two but nothing eye opening. They simply don't have the cap space to take on another big contract, without dealing one or two similarly big contracts away. |

How about we start with Gaborik then sprinkle a little Boyle on it? |

I love torts. But he is a dictator. You can only yell at and call down your players so much before they shut you out. Torts is the modern day Keenan |

This is playing out to a 9th place finish right behind the Devils and Isles, the unimaginable is and has been happening, there is no clear answer to salvage this season nor should there be, the organization as a whole has failed to live up to expectations. |

For who. Not even a slight chance those guys get you Edler and Kesler. Gabby's trade value is no where near what he is worth due to his cap hit. Kesler has a touch more value then Callahan. And Edler is a #1 d man on 2/3 of the teams in the league. Rangers included |

Sell everything your team is crap but you have a few pieces of value. Why would you want to make the playoffs only to get swept by the penguins? Unless you get 7th or 6th and play the habs or jets can't believe I just say that habs and jets 2nd and 3rd lol what a treat for lower ranked teams this year |

I've got no problem with his emotion or how he treats the media, his flaw is stubbornness, refusal to hire that 2nd assistant or make adjustments, he's his own worst enemy. |

The worst offense in the league, only scoring the first goal of the game less than a third of the time, is a terrible recipe for success. |
